Artistic path-What it means to be an artist.

When accomplished Artist are asked to give advice to a young artist, many are hesitant. Those that offer nuggets of wisdom gave them as a personal testament to their own journey. These are some that resonated in me.

• Out of all the advice you hear, you already know it, and it just being confirmed. The rest you won't hear until you are ready. 
• Be ready to fail. Take risks and fail. It is the failure that makes the art. 
• All you do is a self-portrait. 
• Don't do what you know in your heart is not you, and someone else can do better.

These will be my affirmation to be true to me. Stay the path/
