The Artistic Path-stay focused

Staying focused while alone in the studio can be a challenge. I truly try to just work while I am there, and a few of my rues help. My phone is let in my purse. Unless I am expecting an important call from home or work, in which case it is placed face down besides my workstation, I do not check my phone.

That leaves my Ipad. I keep my Ipad up so I can listen to podcasts or music or research. But sometimes I get sucked into social media, uggggggg. What a time hog. 

I will be better. 

I will not get better, unless I focus!
